Late summer brings the fall art tours. There are many in northern New Mexico and southern Colorado. The Rio Costilla Studio Tour provides both amazing artists who open their studios to the public and beautiful scenery. As a bonus, a farmstead opened their farm to visitors and served gourmet burgers made from farm-raised beef and fries. The working farm was complete with farmhouse, barns and outbuildings. Friendly dogs roamed the barnyard that was complete with chickens and cows.
